General information:

Budget

If you have a fixed budget, tell me what this is. This way I can make better suggestions from the start.
Unfortunately, my min prices are not negotiable. If the price isn't right, just let me know then we can see together what needs to be changed/left out to make it fit ❤️

Deadlines

I will give you a time frame as soon as I have received all the information.
Depending on the complexity, these usually vary between 3-15 days. Please keep in mind that this period is only after I am actively working on the commission.
Since I'm studying at the same time, it's possible that something rarely comes up and I can't keep to the deadline, but then I'll inform you in good time.

Handing over

Depending on the commission type, I will give you all the necessary files including all the files that I used for editing.
If you have any problems uploading, please contact me and I can help you with that. Alternatively, I can also upload it as a cloneable avi or directly to your account.

Queue

If I currently have no free slots left and have i have all the information about your order, I will put you in the queue.
As soon as I have free slots again I will contact the next person in it. You don't have to pay anything while queued <3

Credit

I usually add my logo somewhere on the avi, you can of course remove it. However, I would be happy if you didn't do that.

Assets/ Base Model

If you want me to use a Base model/ Premade Asset the TOS of the Original Creator applied. For example, that can mean that we both must own the Asset.

Terms of service:

Payment

At least 30% has to be paid for me to start, then I work until the already paid budget is used up (40% paid 40% Avi completed). (The commission goes back into the queue If the work has already stopped for 48 hours without the customer showing signs of paying the rest)

I accept payment over PayPal
(only use "services payments" not friends and family) or over kofi.

Refund

If it unfortunately happens that you have to cancel the commission, the refund will proceed as follows.
0%-70% completion
Any missing percentage will be refunded and unfinished avi (as far as it has been processed so far) will be handed over. Example: An Avi is 34% Done. That means 66% will be refunded and the avi will be handed over in its current state
71%-100% completion
Unfortunately, canceling is no longer possible here: I will finish it and send you the full Version when its ready.
You want to cancel because I'm well over the deadline or something big went wrong The decision here is made on a case-by-case basis. (Luckily, this has never happened before)
After the handover
I'll show you several unfinished versions while I'm working on your commission if you're still unhappy, we'll see together what we can do about that (case-by-case) (Luckily, this has never happened before)

If a commission has been canceled beforehand, unfortunately I cannot guarantee that everything will work,

Closed:

This means I currently don't take regular commissions.
Mostly since i have something major to do like moving, or my Commission queue is full.
