Depending on the complexity, these usually vary between 3-15 days. Please keep in mind that this period is only after I am actively working on the commission.
Since I'm studying at the same time, it's possible that something rarely comes up and I can't keep to the deadline, but then I'll inform you in good time.

Depending on the commission type, I will give you all the necessary files, including all the files that I used for editing.
If you have any problems uploading, please contact me and I can help you with that. Alternatively, I can also upload it as a cloneable avi to my World or directly to your account.

If you have a fixed budget, tell me what this is. This way I can make better suggestions from the start.

At least 30% has to be paid for me to start, then I work until the already paid budget is used up (40% paid 40% Avi completed).
(The commission goes back into the queue If the work has already stopped for 48 hours without the customer showing signs of paying the rest)

If it unfortunately happens that you have to cancel the commission, the refund will proceed as follows.
0%-70% completion
Any missing percentage will be refunded and unfinished avi (as far as it has been processed so far) will be handed over. Example: An Avi is 34% Done. That means 66% will be refunded and the avi will be handed over in its current state
71%-100% completion
Unfortunately, canceling is no longer possible here: I will finish it and send you the full Version when its ready.
You want to cancel because I'm well over the deadline or something big went wrong The decision here is made on a case-by-case basis. (Luckily, this has never happened before)
After the handover
I'll show you several unfinished versions while I'm working on your commission if you're still unhappy, we'll see together what we can do about that (case-by-case) (Luckily, this has never happened before)

If a commission has been canceled beforehand, unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that everything will work.
